Browning Nagle is a former professional American football player who played as a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). Nagle was born on May 18, 1969, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Nagle played college football at the University of Louisville, where he had a successful career and set numerous passing records. He was drafted by the New York Jets in the second round of the 1991 NFL Draft.

Nagle played for the New York Jets from 1991 to 1993 before being traded to the Indianapolis Colts in 1994. He also had brief stints with the Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowboys before retiring from professional football.
